Tony Ford, President
Tony has been President of alfa CTP Systems Inc. since it was formed in 2007.  He previously held senior management positions at pre-press innovators Xenotron and Hyphen as well as at industry giants Linotype and PrePress Solutions.  Tony’s entire career has been spent in the publishing and graphics art world.  He was born and educated in England, but has made his home in the United States for the last 22 years.

Keith Roeske, Vice President of operations

Keith has over 30 years in the business with extensive experience and knowledge of the industry, in particular as it relates to pre-press. Today, Keith combines heading up the Chicago branch, with running the service team and overseeing the company's implementation and support projects. 

Karen McAndrew, CFO
Karen McAndrew has been the Controller for alfa CTP Systems, Inc. since 2009 and has over 20 years of progressive corporate finance & management experience.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Paul Norton, Vice President of sales and marketing

Paul is a newcomer to alfa CTP, but a veteran of the industry. Prior to alfa he was VP of Sales at ECRM for almost 9 years and VP of US Operations for Pine Tree Systems dating back to 1998. Paul was born in England and is a graduate of Brunel University in London.
